For over 30 years, Massive Attack has been infusing the world’s pop culture with its spellbinding music. The group has sold 11 million albums, and their tracks have been listened to over 3 billion times on platforms! The craze for their universe has never waned.
Born in Bristol at the height of the Thatcher era, Massive Attack have also made a name for themselves by taking a stand against apartheid, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, for peace in the Middle East and in defense of the environment.

But above all, it’s their music that reaches us. A music that is, in itself, a paving stone in the pond. It uses the old to make the new, it’s made by self-taught non-musicians, it’s dark, slow, unformatted, with no charismatic singer, no glitter… no concessions.

Massive Attack is a wonderful illustration that art can be subtle, committed and popular. And that music, in its own way, can change the world.
